Terms of Service

By accessing or using Eventostaf, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use Eventostaf on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Eventostaf helps event workers, models, content creators, companies and admin operators create profiles, publish staffing or content missions, review matching profiles, exchange operational responses and coordinate through WhatsApp-first workflows.

Eventostaf is not an employer, staffing agency of record, payroll provider or payment processor in this V1. Workers and companies remain responsible for their own agreements, legal compliance, taxes, payments, availability, behavior and event obligations unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and be at least 18 years old. We may suspend or remove accounts that appear inaccurate, unsafe, fraudulent, abusive or inconsistent with Eventostaf operations.

Workers and models must only upload truthful profile information and media they have the right to use. They must respond honestly to missions, respect accepted commitments, avoid misleading photos or documents, and follow mission-specific instructions and rights terms when selected.

Companies must provide accurate event details, lawful staffing requests, safe working conditions and clear operational instructions. Companies must not use Eventostaf to scam, exploit, harass, discriminate against or mislead workers.

By uploading profile, portfolio or mission content, users grant Eventostaf permission to host, process, display and share that content as needed to operate the platform, show profiles to relevant companies, moderate content and support matching. Mission content rights may be governed by separate mission-specific terms that must be accepted before upload or delivery.

Users must not upload illegal, stolen, abusive, misleading, non-consensual or unsafe content. Users must not impersonate others, scrape the platform, bypass security, spam workers, publish private information, or use Eventostaf for unlawful recruiting or harmful activities.

Eventostaf may send operational WhatsApp messages, including mission invitations, selection updates, file review updates and support messages. Users should not rely on WhatsApp for emergency communications. Standard provider terms and carrier limitations may apply.

Payments are not processed inside Eventostaf in this V1 unless explicitly stated in a mission workflow. Any compensation shown in a mission is operational information and may require manual confirmation, validation, tax handling and external payment.

Eventostaf may hide, flag, reject, remove or restrict profiles, photos, videos, mission files, company requests or accounts when needed for trust, safety, compliance, quality control or platform operations.

We may update, pause or discontinue features, routes, workflows or integrations. Eventostaf may not always be available, and we do not guarantee that every worker will receive missions or that every company request will be filled.

To the extent permitted by law, Eventostaf is provided as is and without guarantees of outcome, revenue, staffing coverage, worker attendance, company reliability or uninterrupted availability. Users remain responsible for decisions made through the platform.

These Terms are intended to be governed by French law where applicable, without limiting mandatory consumer or data protection rights that may apply in a user's country. For questions, contact b.dasilveira@outlook.fr.
