Eventostaf is an operational marketplace for event staffing, visual worker profiles and photo/video missions. The platform is operated from France. For privacy questions, contact b.dasilveira@outlook.fr.

We may collect account details, name, email, WhatsApp number, city, country, age, roles, languages, availability, profile photos, portfolio photos, uploaded mission files, company details, staffing requests, mission responses, onboarding form answers, marketing page analytics, device/browser data and admin moderation notes.

If a worker uploads photos or videos, those files are processed as part of their professional Eventostaf profile or mission delivery.

We use personal data to create and manage profiles, match workers with missions, let companies evaluate interested workers, send operational notifications, moderate uploads, prevent fraud, improve onboarding, provide support, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Eventostaf is WhatsApp-first. We may use WhatsApp Business tools to send mission invitations, selection updates, rights acceptance reminders, file review updates and operational support messages. Message delivery and read status may be logged. WhatsApp and Meta may process message metadata according to their own terms and policies.

Depending on the context, we process data to provide the service, to take steps requested by a user, based on consent, for legitimate operational and security interests, or to comply with legal requirements. Users can withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Worker profile information and active portfolio photos may be visible to companies or admins when relevant to staffing or content missions. Companies can see interested or matched workers. Workers can see mission and company information needed to respond. Internal admin notes, private documents, hidden/flagged photos and non-public identifiers are not intended for company-facing views.

We use third-party providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database, file storage, email and WhatsApp messaging services. These providers may process data on our behalf only as needed to provide the service, secure the platform or meet legal obligations.

Eventostaf works across LATAM and uses cloud providers that may store or process data in multiple countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards and only transfer data as necessary to operate the service.

We keep account, profile, mission and message data for as long as needed to provide the service, support operations, resolve disputes and comply with legal requirements. Users may request deletion of their account or certain data, subject to operational or legal retention needs.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service is perfectly secure. Eventostaf is not intended for minors. Users must be at least 18 years old to create a worker, model or company account.
